Expansion and renovation of a complex pharmaceutical plant facilities.
Accurate forecasting of project schedule and budget enabled Novopharm to successfully meet their project objectives. The Construction Management delivery method enabled an earlier construction start date resulting in an earlier occupancy date for the client. The initial projects success resulted in award of additional projects with Novopharm.
