The new building will house the established Saturday Farmers’ Market and Sunday Antique Market on the ground floor, as well as Toronto Court Services courtrooms and administrative offices on the four upper floors and a 250-space underground parking garage, extending four levels below grade and operated by Toronto Parking Authority.
