RBC Orleans in Ottawa had made plans for it to be re-constructed in a new location at 4100 Innes Road. RBC Orleans is part of RBC's personal and commercial banking as well as providing services to commercial clientele and small businesses.
The new building was constructed as the base building shell for the RBC Bank. The scope of work was completed on a greenfield site and included new foundations, a conventional steel building with masonry, and aluminum panel façade. Complete with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing rough ins that were ready for tenant fit up.
