The Steveston Affordable Housing Modular Project, located at 4831 Steveston Highway in Richmond, BC, is a three-storey modular wood frame multi-family building. This project was delivered under the CMHC’s Rapid Housing Initiative and BC Housing’s Women’s Transitional Housing Fund. The project includes 25 units – 10 two-bedroom units and 15 studios – for low-income women and women with children facing housing challenges.
