Description:
The Steveston Affordable Housing Modular Project, otherwise known as Harbour House, in Richmond, BC, is a three-storey modular wood frame multi-family building. This project was delivered under the CMHC’s Rapid Housing Initiative and BC Housing’s Women’s Transitional Housing Fund. The project includes 25 units – 10 two-bedroom units and 15 studios – for low-income individuals and vulnerable populations facing housing challenges.
Habour House project has received an Honorable Mention in the Modular Building Institute’s Awards of Distinction for our Marketing/Multimedia Piece as an affiliate member.Thank you to our incredible team and partners who helped bring this project to life.
