Description:
The student residential development at 290 and 310 Founders Drive in Oshawa, Ontario, involves the construction of two mid-rise apartment buildings as part of Phase 1 of a multi-phase development. Delivered under a Construction Management contract, the project includes both pre-construction and construction services.
Phase 1 consists of Buildings 1A and 1B, each rising five storeys above grade and providing purpose-built student housing with unique ground floor layouts and programming. Building 1A has a gross building area of approximately 99,000 square feet, while Building 1B comprises approximately 85,000 square feet, for a combined total of 184,000 square feet.
The scope of work includes the construction of both buildings, as well as all associated site servicing, civil works, and landscaping.
