Description:

Buttcon worked closely with the Toronto Christian Resource Centre (TCRC) to develop its affordable housing project. Located at 40 Oak Street in Toronto’s Regent Park, this new five-story building provides 87 residential suites ranging from bachelor to two-bedrooms. The main floor accommodates a 10,000 square foot multi-service community hub that provides support space for the broader community along with residential amenity space and a place of worship. The project consisted of the demolishing of an existing two-story building and constructing a five-story apartment building with a full basement. This project met and exceeded the City of Toronto’s Green Standard.
