This exciting project was awarded to Buttcon through a Design-Build Services proposal. This project involved the expansion of an existing 15,000 square foot Rose City Seniors Activity Centre into a 30,500 square foot Community Wellness Centre. This facility is welcoming and vibrant and will service the senior’s community of Welland for many years to come. The facility was designed to both blend in and complement the existing building, as well as reveal its grand and prominent street presence, appropriating this building as an important civic landmark. This project achieved LEED Basic Certification.
