Description:

This project included the renovation of two heritage buildings on the Don Jail lands adjacent to the Bridgepoint Hospital redevelopment.  The three-story, 484 square metre governor’s house was renovated to be used as the Children’s Hospice.  The two-story, 216 square metre Gatehouse building was restored and the interior renovated space is used for administrative offices.  The existing building exteriors were restored in accordance with the Toronto Heritage Act.
