Welland Community Wellness Centre

This existing project was awarded to Buttcon through a Design Build Services proposal.    This project involves the expansion of an existing 15,000 square foot Rose City Seniors Activity Centre into a 30,500 square foot Welland Community Wellness Complex.  This project will be a welcoming and vibrant facility that will service the senior's community of Welland for many years to come.  This facility has been designed to both blend in with and complement the existing building as well as reveal its grand and prominent stree pressence, appropriating this building as an important civic landmark.  This project will achieve LEED Basic Certification upon its completion.
