Richmond Hill Central Library
This project involved the construction of a state of the art facility that included two levels of underground parking and four floors of library and administration space, with provisions to accommodate future expansion. The library was built to accomodate growth for a twenty year period, maintaining the balance between library and community branch services and is considered central to the educational, business, cultural, leisure and information needs of the community.
