Novotel Toronto Centre

This project is located on the Esplanade, downtown Toronto's original waterfront, the Novotel Hotel is now a Landmark Hotel.  A demanding schedule and a site close to Lake Ontario presented a challenge for Buttcon.  Despite, such challenges,Buttcon completed the Lump Sum project within 20 months from the start date.  The nine storey, 220,000 square foot structure, foundations for the adjacent condominium and three-level underground parking garage all reflect Buttcon's expertise and ingenuity, which have carried forth to other projects of this kind.
