Maple Leaf Gardens Re-Modernization
This 1931 historical building will be fully restored, the interior will be retrofitted to house a Loblaws grocery store and parking on the lower level. The creation of three new interior floors for the Ryerson University field house with a new ice pad, basketball courts and academic facilities. The completed facility will contain over 400,000 square feet of space with new mechanical, electrical and life safety systems installed throughout.
