Magna International Research and Development Plant
This project included the construction of both core and shell of the building. The facility is adjacent to the company's headquarters and is connected via two below grade tunnels that lead to a hidden underground parking garage. The two storey building consists of laboratories, administrative areas and the main plant, which were completed on time and on schedule.
