Green Gables Manor

Green Gables was awarded to Buttcon as a Gross Upset Price (GUP) Contract, along with three other Specialty Care Facilities in Bradford, Brampton and Mississauga.  The project entailed a 81 bed addition to the existing 37 bed Green Gables Manor, which remained occupied and operational throughout construction.  Now called Bloomington Cove, the new 112 bed facility features four unique house to accomodate the needs of residents with dementia, a Wellness Centre, a Courtyard Cafe and comfortable rooms with ensuite washrooms.  This project was completed on time and within budget.
