Lakehead University - Student Residence

This exciting project was awarded to Buttcon through a design build services proposal.  This project will include the new construction of a 270 bed student residence at Lakehead University's new Orillia Campus and is the first student residence on the campus.  This project will attain LEED Platinum certification upon its completion.
