Description: Buttcon has completed eight Wal-Mart projects to date. Four were new construction projects which, in addition to the standard Wal-Mart departments included a tire lube and exhaust (automotive) area, as well as the following tenant spaces; Fun Factory, Wine Rack, McDonalds, Smart Style (hair salon), Optical and Photo Studio. The Sudbury location was unique in that it required approximately 400 piles.
The renovations of the four other locations involved the transformation of existing Zellers stores into new Wal-Mart locations.
