Kipling Acres Long Term Care Facility
The project built a three-story, 182,900 sq. ft. retirement community with 192 beds, a green roof, 160 parking spaces, a central kitchen, laundry facilities, and a shopping area. It achieved LEED Silver certification. The facility offers independent and assisted living, with heated floors and premium insulation.
Seniors Health at Peel Manor
The project includes 177 LTC beds, an Adult Day Services, a community hub, and underground parking. The facility covering over 220,000 sq. ft., features six LTC Resident Home Areas and support services. It was the first in Ontario to use circadian lighting, earning an IES Illumination Award of Merit.
Schlegel Villages Long Term Care
The Schlegel Villages Oakville Long Term Care Facility was awarded to Buttcon Limited as a Construction Management Contract. The project consists of two new 10 storey, 320 bed Long-Term Care Homes with a total floor area of approximately 466,000 square feet.

This project involved the new construction of a 58,000 square foot, 3 storey facility that included a lower level health centre and community facility. The building achieved LEED Silver certification and the mechanical and electrical systems are designed to exceed OBC SB0-10 2012 requirements.
Philip Aziz Children’s Centre
This project included the renovation of two heritage buildings on the Don Jail lands adjacent to the Bridgepoint Hospital redevelopment. The three-story, 484 square metre governor’s house was renovated to be used as the Children’s Hospice. The two-story, 216 square metre Gatehouse building was restored. The existing building exteriors were restored in accordance with the Toronto Heritage Act.
