Description:
Schlegel Villages Oakville Long-Term Care project was awarded to Buttcon Limited under a Construction Management contract. The approximately 466,000 sq. ft. development, known as The Village of Heritage Trails, consists of two connected 10-storey long-term care homes, each accommodating 320 beds for a total of 640 long-term care spaces.
The two homes will be connected by Schlegel Villages’ signature Main Street and will include resident living areas, amenity spaces, and supporting operational spaces. Once complete, the development will provide additional long-term care capacity for seniors in the Oakville community.
