Description:
Buttcon successfully completed the construction of a 92-unit apartment building located at 1316 Princess Street in Kingston, Ontario. The six-storey, 78,000-square-foot structure provides much-needed affordable housing within the city. Built using structural steel and precast concrete hollow core slabs, the building features non-combustible, slab-on-grade construction. The site was also prepared to accommodate a future second apartment building for the same owners.
