Trailside Apartments is a multi-phase residential development delivered for Ottawa Valley Developments GP Inc. in Arnprior, Ontario. Located on a 4.5-acre former industrial site, the development will transform the property into a new residential community featuring three four-storey apartment buildings.
Phase 1 includes a 59-unit residential building offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites, with 10% of the units designated as affordable housing in accordance with CMHC guidelines.
Buttcon’s scope includes full site development and servicing to support the new residential buildings, including connections to existing municipal infrastructure.
