GTAA – USCBP ADTS Compliance Work Package 2

The GTAA – USCBP ADTS Compliance Work Package 2 project involved the construction of new rooms, room expansion and/or modifications, relocation of Uninterrupted Power Supplies (USPs) and associated electrical distribution, modification and installation of HVAC equipment, and rewiring of outlets to UPS power.

GTAA – Terminal 3 Public Washroom Restoration

This project involved the renovation to 27 washrooms throughout Terminal 3 of the Toronto Pearson International Airport. The project involved selective demolition, cutting and patching, making good of adjacent surfaces, and completing work in phases in an operational facility.

GTAA – Air Canada New Flight Training Facility

Air Canada’s new Flight Simulator Centre expands the CAE Toronto Aviation Training Centre with an 89,000 sq. ft. facility housing nine additional full-flight simulators, complementing the original four. Operating 24/7 and booked months in advance, it significantly enhances training capacity and practicality.

Saint John Coast Guard Airport Hangar

This project involved the design build construction of a 4,500 square foot Coast Guard Hangar at the Saint John’s Airport in New Brunswick. The facility contains office space, a large hanger with a workshop area, and a landing apron.

GTAA - T3 Heating System Upgrade

This project upgraded the heating system in Terminal 3 at Pearson Airport, focusing on the baggage roadway and bus vestibule areas. The goal was to enhance system resiliency, prevent work stoppages, and ensure life safety equipment remains operational.
