Description:
We’re proud to announce the completion of the 14-unit affordable seniors complex on Sparks Street, constructed for the City of Greater Sudbury. This project represents a major step forward in providing safe, accessible housing for seniors in the community. Built using modular construction methods, the building was assembled from prefabricated segments, allowing for efficient delivery and high-quality results.
In addition to Sparks Street, we also completed the 40-unit transitional housing complex on Lorraine Street. The modules for this building were constructed at the Apex Modular facility in Dundalk, Ontario, and transported to site for final assembly and finishing. This project provides essential transitional housing and marks another milestone in the city’s commitment to innovative, community-focused development.
Both projects stand as the City of Greater Sudbury’s first modular builds.
