Michael joined Buttcon in 2000 as a Purchasing Coordinator. Michael is currently the Director of Procurement and manages a team of Purchasing Coordinators and Purchasing Assistants. The Procurement Department is responsible for the preparation of sub-contractor tender packages including scopes of work; management of the sub-contractor tendering process for Design-Build and Construction Management projects; development, review and management of budgets for Construction Management projects during tendering stage; subcontractor bid analysis prior to and after tendering closing; negotiation and award of subcontracts for Construction Management, Design-Build and Lump-Sum projects.
