Daniel joined Buttcon in 2005 as a Junior Estimator while completing his Bachelor of Technology Degree in Construction Science and Management at George Brown College. He has been a key member of our team, and instrumental in our growth. Daniel is in charge of all operations and departments related to pre-construction and estimating, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered from sketch to shovel in the ground. He plays an active role in client and owner relations, acting as the Executive in Charge between Owner, Consultants and Contractor during the Pre-Construction and Estimating stages. He also plays an active role in our marketing and pre-qualification department, working with the team on all Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Daniel is a Gold Seal Certified Estimator by the Canadian Construction Association and a proud member of the Ontario General Contractors Association often dealing with Owners during the tender process to promote fair bidding for all contractors , simple tender forms, and multiple part closings.
