The project includes two new additions to the Wateridge Village Development: Block 5 and Block 6. Located in the vibrant city of Ottawa, Ontario, these projects enhance our community with modern living spaces and convenient amenities.
Block 5, situated at 1255 Hemlock Road, features a new 4-storey residential building with 89 diverse units ranging from one to three bedrooms, including units designed for accessibility. This building provides ample parking with 89 resident and 8 visitor stalls in its underground parkade. The total gross floor area (GFA) above grade is approximately 75,000 square feet, with an additional 32,000 square feet dedicated to the underground parking.
Block 6, located at 125 and 135 Oshedinaa Street, consists of two 4-storey buildings (Building B and Building C) with a combined total of 200 residential units. Building B houses 114 units, and Building C contains 86 units, with accessibility options available in both. A shared underground parking facility accommodates 228 stalls, supporting both residents and visitors. Building B offers around 96,000 square feet of space, while Building C provides 76,000 square feet.
