Buttcon has completed The Salvation Army Jackson and Willan Cottages renovation project. The renovations involved two identical residential facilities located at 3021 & 3105 15 Ave. SW in Calgary, AB. The scope of work included renovations to both the exterior and interior of the buildings. Externally, improvements were made to the envelope system which involved the walls, roof, windows, and insulation. Interior enhancements included configuration, materials, and finishes. The HVAC system was updated, and new plumbing fixtures, trims, and a water heater were installed. Electrical systems received necessary upgrades. Security enhancements included new access controls and monitoring systems. New audio-visual and IT network systems were also installed. This comprehensive upgrade has significantly improved the functionality and safety of the facilities, ensuring they meet modern standards and provide a comfortable environment for occupants.
