Buttcon, as the Construction Manager for the Bridgeland Place Tower Redevelopment project, is overseeing the transformation of a 17-story residential building into approximately 195 modern, affordable homes. This project, managed on behalf of Calgary Housing, aims to revitalize the Bridgeland Riverside community by providing safe, inclusive housing with energy-efficient designs and accessible amenities. Our scope includes managing the redevelopment, renovation, and expansion of the facility. The redevelopment focuses on enhancing the quality of life for residents and integrating meaningful social impacts. By converting the outdated 1971 structure, the initiative not only addresses housing needs but also strengthens community resilience and vibrancy, fostering a sense of empowerment among residents.
