Kris serves as President, Buttcon Central, providing strategic leadership for the Central Region and overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continued growth. A passionate builder and people-focused leader, Kris is committed to fostering a collaborative culture, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Kris brings more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry, having led the delivery of over $4 billion in projects across Canada within the Institutional, Commercial, Industrial (ICI), and residential sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with Turner, Honeywell, and MetroCan Construction, where he was an early advocate for Canada’s Public-Private Partnership (P3) infrastructure model, helping secure and deliver more than 5 million square feet of new construction through these initiatives.
Kris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Windsor. He began his career as a field service and commissioning technician in the industrial sector and continues to hold a Gas Fitter 2 licence, providing him with a strong technical foundation that complements his executive leadership experience.
