St. Basil the Great College School
Due to government budget constraints, Buttcon faced the challenge of finding cost savings of $1.9M to go ahead with the project origionally valued at $22M. Buttcon was able to achieve this saving through value engineering and value-added services, as well as in design and material selections.
To meet the School Boards deadline for completion, Buttcon began construction of this facility prior to the completion of design drawings and the project was successfully completed on budget and schedule.
