Magna International Headquarters

This 70,000sf three-storey building includes two hidden underground garages of poured concrete and structural steel, with exterior cladding of Indiana stone, accented with architectural precast. The roof is Newfoundland slate with copper dormers.

As a result of the success of this project, Buttcon was subsequently awarded the contract for Magna’s Research and Development facility.
