Chord Housing Co-operative
This seven storey apartment complex consisted of the construction of 136 family and non-family apartment units, with three levels of underground parking and community use facilities. Most of the apartment units and townhouses have exterior balconies or windows oriented toward the ravine, while accessible units are located at the southeast corner of the apartment block to maximize light and views. This unique site on Goldwin Avenue provided an opportunity to terrace the development into the ravine and stil retain open access and visibility to the Eglinton Flats.
