280 Bloor Street
This complex Construction Management project is located in the downtown core of Toronto. This project required a high level of logistical planning to ensure the contracted schedule milestones were achieved. Site clearance, five levels of excavation and being located directly above the TTC Subway line were all major challenges that Buttcon overcame while constructing this 19 storey hotel/condominium development. This project was completed below budget and a successful opening took place on schedule.
