40 Oak Street Affordable Housing

Buttcon has been working closely with the Toronto Christian Resources Centre (TCRC) to develop their affordable housing project.  This project consists of demolishing an existing two storey building and constructung a five storey apartment building with full basement.  The facility is a 6425 square metre facility and contains 87 self-contained apartment units, residential amenity space, community space, worship area, dining room and commercial kitchen.  This project will meet or exceed the City of Toronto Green Standard.
