Seneca College - Newnham Campus
Phase 1 of this design-build finance and operate project was valued at $22.0 Million, the project involved a unique private financing package with flexible lease terms, ensuring Seneca College retains ownership of the land throughout the lease period. Ownership of the building reverted to the College at the end of the lease term.
Buttcon brought in an experienced residence operator who played a key role in ensuring the facility was equipped with the most technologically advanced security, computer and telephone system hook-ups.
The Newnham residence accommodates a student population of 723 and provides maximum use ofthe facility year-round.
