Michael A. Butt, P. Eng., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Michael is a controlling shareholder since 1979. He was Chairman of the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) from 1997 to 2004, past Chairman of both the Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA) and Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and a member of the Ontario Business Advisory Council (OBAC) as well as the Canadian Society for Civil Engineers.

Peter S. DiGaetano, President and Chief Operating Officer
Peter joined Buttcon in 1981 and has been a shareholder since 1988. In 1995, he joined the Board of Directors and was appointed Vice President, Contracts. Peter  was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2004 and in March of 2007 was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer.

Robert A. Booth, Senior Vice President, Construction and Director
Bob joined Buttcon in 1979 as a Vice President and shareholder. In 1997 he was appointed Senior Vice President, Construction in charge of all construction activities. Bob has been instrumental in promoting safety and apprentice training on the job. Bob has reduced the number of lost time accidents, resulting in a Zero Frequency of Accidents rating from the Worker’s Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) for eight consecutive years.

John Evenden, Vice President, Estimating and Director
John joined Buttcon as Chief Estimator in 1981. In 1987 John became a shareholder and was also appointed Vice President, Estimating; he was elected to the Board of Directors in 1989.

Pina Massara, Controller and Director
Pina joined Buttcon in 1982 as a bookkeeper.  In 1999 Pina joined the Board of Directors and in November 2003 was appointed  Controller.
